Common questions.
Do you provide market making?
No. Coset doesn't run a trading desk, quote markets, or trade on behalf of clients. Where a project is evaluating market makers, Coset can help you compare proposals and understand the commercial terms you're being asked to sign.
At what stage should we talk to you?
Earlier is generally more useful. Token design, unlock schedules and exchange strategy are much cheaper to get right before they're published than to revisit afterwards. Later-stage work — treasury structure, additional listings — is also within scope.
How are engagements structured?
Either a defined project with a fixed scope and deliverable, or a monthly advisory retainer where the scope is agreed up front. Both start with a written engagement letter.
What does treasury strategy mean here?
Advisory work on how a project's treasury is structured, governed and reported: policy frameworks, runway modelling, and reviewing operational and custody arrangements. Coset advises only. It does not hold or handle client assets, execute transactions, or manage portfolios on anyone's behalf.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Most engagements involve unreleased designs or commercial terms, so an NDA before any substantive conversation is normal and expected.
How do we start?
Send a short note describing what you're working on and where it's stuck. If it's a fit, the next step is a call and a written scope. If it isn't, you'll be told directly.
